I PERFORMED A UX AUDIT FOR HAVIO THAT IDENTIFIED AREAS OF OPPORTUNITY ALONG THE ENTIRE ONBOARDING EXPERIENCE AND USED JOURNEY MAPPING TO PINPOINT POTENTIAL INTERACTIONS THAT WOULD STRENGTHEN THEIR ONBOARDING FLOWS AND PREPARE THEM FOR GROWTH.
